&Co. Shipping / Returns

Our Shipping & Returns information here applies only to purchases made through our &Co. online shop. If you are working with us on a repair, custom design project, or other purchase through our physical location, please ask us for more information.

 

Shipping Information

All &Co. purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS. Because of the value of the goods inside, the package must be signed for upon delivery.

USPS 2-Day Priority Mail — $9.60 flat rate
UPS Overnight (Insured by Parcel Pro) – $27 flat rate

Pickup from LM&Co. — If you prefer to pick up your purchase directly from our 121 South Royal location, please select that option upon checkout and we will call you when your item is ready. Please note that our e-commerce site does not allow us to charge the required 6% sales tax on ordered picked up in our store. They are working to fix this, but in the meantime we will need to separately process this charge when you pick up the item. We appreciate your patience with this while we work on a better solution.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% thrilled with your &Co. purchase. If you aren't fully pleased with what we made, we have two solutions:

1) Can we fix it? We will happily re-size, change the finish, or re-plate our &Co. jewelry to make it just right. Send us an email at info@lawrencedmiller.com and we will send you a shipping label and a form to complete so that we know what to expect.

2) Is it just not what you wanted? We will provide a full refund for any item purchased through our &Co. shop, minus the cost of shipping the item to you. Send us an email at info@lawrencedmiller.com and we will send you a shipping label.

If you are local, feel free to come by our shop as well and we can talk it through in person. We love visitors!
